Thank you for choosing Porcelain Dreams. As a small, artisan-run business, most purchases are made to order. Please allow approximately one and a half weeks for your items to be crafted and prepared for shipment unless we communicate otherwise. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent out. Your patience and support are greatly appreciated.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Once your items have shipped, Porcelain Dreams is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Any inquiries or concerns regarding shipping should be directed to the delivery service. We will provide tracking information via email once your order has been sent.
